Google is testing the conversation bubble feature in the Google Messages app on the Android 10 platform

Google introduced a new application programming interface called “Bubbles” that would make it easier for application developers to display more visual notifications directly at the top of the user’s screen, just like the “Chat Heads” feature in the Facebook Messenger app.
The developers at the XDA Developers forum have enabled the “Bubbles |” feature Bubbles ”in the Google Messages app and they posted some photos of this feature while they're working. Frankly, there is nothing new, this feature works similarly to the Chat Heads feature in the Facebook Messenger application where you receive a visual notification at the top of the screen when you receive a new message, so you do not have to leave the application you are using.

You can drag the bubble and place it on other parts of the screen, or you can drag it down to close it completely, just like Chat Heads in the Facebook Messenger app. As a person that Chat Heads dislike on Facebook Messenger, I am happy that there will be an option to disable this feature.
