Apple reward program versus security vulnerabilities is open to everyone

We imagine that many big tech companies subject their products to many tests before deciding whether they're good enough to be released to the masses. However, often, we saw several product launches that eventually turned out to be experiencing some errors that were not detected during the tests.
This is why rewards vs. security vulnerabilities exist, as companies reward the public for discovering security vulnerabilities that the company may have missed. Now, it seems that Apple's Rewards for Error program has opened its doors to everyone. Previously, the company had a reward-for-error program but this one was based on the invitations system only.
This decision was criticized because it indicates that those who have not been invited may tend to sell the security vulnerabilities they discovered to governments and other companies that may take advantage of these security vulnerabilities to try to penetrate Apple products and software. Now that the program is open to everyone, we hope it will not be so, especially as Apple offers rewards of up to a million dollars in rewards.
On this topic, Apple stated: “Our priority is to solve confirmed problems as quickly as possible to better protect customers. Apple provides a public estimate of those who submit valid reports, and the bonus donations will match the eligible charities.
” If you are interested in helping Apple fix its product vulnerabilities and earn some money while doing this, you can head to Apple Rewards official website for more details.
