The Federal Communications Commission confirms that Apple and Samsung phones do not exceed the permissible radiation limits

Last August, a test by the Chicago Tribune Laboratory indicated that smartphones made by Apple and Samsung exceeded the legal radiation levels for electronic products. In fact, both companies were sued for this, prompting the FCC to take a deeper look at the cases.
However, devices made by Apple and Samsung appear to have proven safe and within the legal radiation levels set by the FCC. This is according to a tweet from Bloomberg indicating that the FCC has found that the devices the companies make do not violate agency rules regarding maximum exposure levels to radio frequencies.
In a statement issued earlier by Apple, the company had opposed the report's content saying: “All iPhone models, including the iPhone 7, are fully certified by the FCC and in every other country where the iPhone is sold. After careful review and subsequent verification of all iPhone models tested by the Chicago Tribune and listed in its report, we confirm that we are committed to complying with all applicable exposure guidelines and limits. ”
It appears that the matter has now been resolved as the FCC officially stated that these devices are safe. So if you are concerned about the radiation levels in your phone, you seem to be safe.
